I think they're pretty handy for the most part, although Halo 2's insistence that you keep the fekker pressed in if you want to crouch and move is a bit ****ing stupid in my book.
No no no, its a work of (inadvertant?) genius. Think about crouching in real life - you can't really move that fast. Soon as you want to move quickly you're going to be almost standing up, or at least not able to crouch anything like as low. Same in Halo - you click the stick down to crouch, then the further you push the stick towards the edge to move faster, the harder it is to keep it held down... works a treat imo
A high numpty factor is a requirement for any Hospital or Defence contractor. Get it right and there will be no further need for said contractors in future 'repair' jobs.
