Saturn Lightgun Games

I'm under the impression that Virtua Cop 1 & 2 are decent & that HotD is alright.

Are there any others of note? I like gun games, but don't really want to shell out if there are only 2 or 3 must haves.

the only other 2 on PAL that i can think of are Mighty Hits and Crypt Killer, crypt killer is mildly entertaining for 15 minutes, never played mighty hits, however VC 1&2 are essential and worth buying the gun for on their own by a mile !!

I think the Sega Saturn gun is appalling myself. I would not suggest shelling out for a gun and games for too much as i, personally, found the aim to be quite random.

A saturn gun won't run you more than ?8 the other game not mentioned is Area 51 which is poor.

You can get VC 1&2 + a gun for about ?17 - well worth it IMO

I have VC 1+2 and a gun and have had no problem with the gun, i quite like it

VC 1+2 are indeed great games and well worth it - i got VC, VC2 and a gun off eBay for under ?20 (can't remember price exactly) incl p+p which was alright

how much would you add on for a Jap gun their the same aren't they but the jap one is black which from what i have seen looks a lot cooler 8)

HotD is an excellent game. Sure, it looks like a dog, but it plays brilliantly well. Only problem is, it's so comprehensively superseded by HotD2 on DC, it's almost pointless unless you're a completist.

Still, great game.

Mighty Hits is a pretty decent shooter in the vain of point blank. The mini games are a little more complex though and I found some rounds extremely tough.

The saturn guns are the mutts. If you are having accuracy problems then try turning up the brightness on the set a little and make sure there's no glare from the screen.

imo, mighty hits isn't that great. Crypt Killer is fun for a while. I've got Maximum Force (similar to area 51), which is fun. (OK I admit it I love Area 51, it's so different to all the other light gun games out there with the streak system it rewards accuracy more than any other blaster).

I think there is a version of Revolution X and a game called GunGriffon or something like it, neither of which are supposed to be that hot, although I haven't played them.
