I was asked to leave game the other day, a sales man was on about the ds to a punter and saying how good mario looked and the stylus/touch screen etc. So I asked if he wanted to see 1 as mine is always on me now and proceeded to show them when the guy who worked in game asked me to leave as people like me who "illegaly" import these consoles and games into this country are destroying the industry, I thought he was joking and when i wasnt going he got on his walkie talkie and radioed for a debenhams guard to escort me out!!

Are there English instructions packaged with the PSP? And more importantly, is EVERYTHING on the PSP in Japanese? Is there an option to shift it to English?

      This probably sounds REAL stupid.

There are no english manuals but when you start the machine up for the first time you get to choose english as a default language, from then on, all good!

Lol, you should organise a mass DS linkup session in the shop.

Any chance you could have a fight with Super Stu. I dunno if this forum is large nuff for a Big Stu, and a Super Stu.

Not having much luck at all...

Had an email this morning saying i need to scan in the front and back of the credit card i used, along with a matching driving license...yet with no scanner i'm pretty much screwed!

Is there another website i can order the goods from without having to go through all that?

I think most of the asian import sites will ask for something similar with your first order. My flatmate took a digital photo of his CC (blacked out half the number) and driving license and emailed it to them.

Dick! What Debenhams was this, because I was in one 2 days ago, which has a GAME store inside. there was this prick of a guy, think he has SOMETHING to do with the games industry, talking to the manager about DS and PSP and how **** Nintendo are, analysing the market. Though I dont know much about the business I got the impression that all three of them knew **** all but were spouting off things they had read somewhere, all agreeing with each other "yeah you're right, yea man" I mention this becuase one of them said something negative about the DS and I TOO carry it round with me, I was soooo tempted to whip it out and show it to them and let them have a play on it, woulda wiped the "frowns" off their faces, so to speak hehehe
I didnt tho, just thought, **** em , and left. It must be me but everytime I go into a GAME shop , something pisses me off!
Anyway, moral is , play before you give opinions. None of those guys said they had actually played the DS.

                            frag thats nuts.

The Game in debenhams in Harrow are cool, I took in the DS and the PSP as they wanted to see it.

Pro - A Ps2 in your pocket with a beautiful screen. The launch titles are excellent. You'll be able to watch movies on it soon. Decent battery life. Easy to pop in a new battery when on the go (Apple take note you morons!). You can use it to manage your digital photo's. You can use it to listen to music.

Cons - No clam shell protector.

I wonder why they didn't design some type of sliding device to cover the screen when not in use,
If I owned one I would worry about scratching the screen when it's in my pocket.
I guess for home use it is perfect, don't have to worry too much about scratches, or battery life, and I like handheld gaming in the home.
