Viewtiful Joe DS Predictions

OK, I know VJ2 didn't up the ante a great deal (although I still think 36 Chambers takes Joe to the next level), so that job rests with Clover as they put together VJ : DS.

After having a good few sessions on Feel The Magic I'm starting to wonder what the DS could bring to Joe's movie world and would like to hear what you think Clover might do or you would like to see implemented.

I'll kick it off with this:

Mach speed triggered by blowing on the DS (like the Yacht mini game in Feel the Magic), Mach speed tends to be used for quick bursts and blowing for those short periods of time could work...

How about a move where you draw on the touch screen, and then Joe (or Sylvia/whoever) zooms around the screen in those directions, obviously defeating anything in their path. Kinda like one of the special moves from Powerstone on the Dreamcast...

Nah man, Clover have put out a pixelated image but you cant see any real detail, just that its Joe - the cheeky monkeys!!

Don't mention Powerstone, it just makes me angry that Capcom haven't made any more Why can't they just port Powerstone 1 (& 2, though the first was far better) and stick it on Xbox Live?

stylus could be used in many inventive ways with this title. It'd be great to have some puzzlers along the way be solved with use of the stylus.... I'd also welcome the touchscreen to be used for a zappp attack to defeat large numbers of enemies.

Like the bull game on FTM it'd be good to have a boss I could defeat by tapping the screen where he appears.... I am thinking of that annoying evil Joe from VJ1 who dashed around the screen!

If I have to draw ****e like stars to do magic spells or sommot i won't be impressed!

And IGN also quote that.

VG+ says 15th Nov

Anyone know when it is out because I cant wait for it and I dont know if it's out yet or not
