I can't play my PSP or my NDS on the bus cause i get all travel sick and ****, i do however play them on the tube. Thats why i prefer to travel by tube lol.

anyway i had some kids talk about my NDS and had a gothic brer ask about my PSP as well as turning a few heads. I also had a whole family (about 10 peeps) looking at me playing my PSP in Pizza Hut.

I play on my DS every day, on 4 different trains but when I'm, on the bus it rarely makes an appearance. It's far too crowded and there are often far too many potential thieves or piss-takers around.

Lumines has been responsible for me nearly missing my stop.

Nobody seems to pay particular attention to my PSP, which suits me fine.

i was on a tram and got a young chav saying "look at him playing a gameboy, and hes like 30!" (even tho i was 25 at the time.)
he then kept asking me for a go. i quickly put it in my pocket and said the battery was dead...

I used to get travel sick on the bus when i first started taking it to go to work (about a year ago). Its gradually got better and better and I can now even read on the bus - quite bizarre becuase even half glancing at a newspaper while travelling, just a few months ago, used to make me feel really ill.

I don?t play handhelds in public that much.

Last time I did some snotty kid started to sit next to me, looking over and casting a shadow on my screen? he might as well sat on my lap. He was really annoying, I didn?t want to say anything to him as his dad was sitting just in front of me. He didn?t tell his kid to move or anything, just looked round every now and then to see where he was.

My legenedarily GBA related Public Transport mishap was in Tokyo, when I was playing WarioWare on the train, missed the airport, and ended back in the center of Tokyo....Much to my distress, thought I managed to get to my flight with about 5 mins to spare....

I'd probably get mugged around our area if someone saw me playing a DS or PSP on the bus or train.

I'm more concerned about looking like a tit playing Wario Ware DS on the bus or train, what with all that shouting, blowing, prodding and tilting that goes on...

Heheh, that just reminded me of when I was on holiday.. had the GBA and warioware with me. While waiting in the airport we decide to play the 2-player mini-games... my mate who'd never played it before had a go - what an embarrasment! He must have got quite caught up in it cos he was going "WAAAAAAAHH..", "AARGGGG!" and "UAUUAUAAAAA" at the top of his voice. When he noticed everyone in the departure lounge had turned around and was staring at him he decided he'd had enough, lol.

yea those two player games on the first wario ware are perfect for the tube, but they do make you laugh out loud, especially when no one can win that damn poke-the block-to-make-it-fall-on other-players-head game

It's going to be so cool once the new handhelds really take off in the UK.

With the wireless networking and the fact that the range is 100m plus (I think), you could hopefully just scan for people hosting multiplayer games and jump in to play with random strangers you couldn't see - any time, anywhere!

Do you think this will be possible in busy city areas or I am I just dreaming?

I got a DS this morning and thought how cool it would be when these things take off
Also it'll be fantastic fun going into game and fecking around with Pictochat from my own ds scaring the kids with rude words appearing from no where

                                it'll be fun
