How long is snake eater?

I was thinking of renting this, as I don't have a ps2 to buy the game for, but my friend has lent me his, so I was wondering if I can pass the game in a rental perioud (so 2-3 days). I passed sons of liberty in 11.5 hours, as well as twin snakes, but I heard snake eater was much longer. Can anyone confirm this?

Took me about 12 hours on my first run through... And i have played a lot of MGS games in the past. It may take you longer if you aint played these games before..

It took me about 16 hours

Did it in 14 hours but that was a fairly relaxed pace, which was just how I wanted to play it

It took me 13 hours first time throught.

Ive since completed it again (In a speed run skiping cut scenes and running, no idea why!) in just over 4 hours.

You guys must have been rushing, I took a nice leisurely pace and finished it in 23 hours!
