Twilight zone pinball joy joy JOOOOY

After years of drooling & dreaming, i have finally taken the plunge & purchased one.

Twilight zone is one of the best pinball tables of all time, im so stoked that i'll finally own one. So many features on it that you will never get bored.

Heres a few pics, this one isnt mine but mine will be in the same fantastic condition, it's currently been stripped & restored by the fantastic company pinball heaven. (http://www.pinballheaven.co.uk/)

I know quite a few of you on here have arcade cabs but are any of you pinbal players?? if so whats your fave cabinet??

Yeah it's most expensive thing i have ever bought in my life. It's going to take some major repayments on my visa to lower the balance

One cool thing is the bubble gum machine on the playfield it holds the pinballs & theres a special white ceramic pinball that is lightning fas that the machine knows when its in play.

Also theres a the powerfield that has invisible magnetic flippers.

Very cool mate. I've always wanted a Pinball table but whilst i could scrape the money together, i wouldn't have anywhere to keep the damn thing.

Addams Family, you will be mine, one day.

I am a pin freak too, I only wish I had the cash/space to own one. Twilight Zone like Addams Family is one of the classic tables, and I've wasted many many hours with those two on vpinmame and visual pinball

My favourite tables have to be Black Knight 2000 (just for the music), Medieval Madness and Star Trek TNG. If only they were being made in as many numbers these days

Im not familiar with the first 2 you mentioned but i know star trek TNG is held in very high regard.

I don't seem to see pin tables that much these days, only if i hit the coast. Shame really as i love them probably more than arcades.

Addams family is so much fun, especially when the ball becomes posessed & stops dead on the table then starts moving on it's own, cool as hell.

              Ooooh - lovely

The Student Union in Wolves used to have one years ago and I used to spend a fair bit on it down there (along with Street Fighter 2 Turbo).

It is widely seen as one of the best pinball machines you can get and I can see why as it's based on a great show, the sound effects are top notch, the gumball is pretty cool along with magnetic field.

When I get a house my girlfriend says I can have one in the garage if we can afford it

                8) That is one hell of a cool pinball table 8) If I bought one, it would have to be the same model; I just love the Twilight Zone.

When I'm rich, I will be snapping-up one of those mean machines!

Twiliight Zone was excellent - especially the light coloured ball.

I enjoyed Street Fighter 2, Terminator 2 and one of my favourites was definitely Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade - that's because I caned it in the Newcaslte University student union in 1991-1993.

I've got a Star Trek: TNG pinball table myself. It cost ?2000 and is worth every penny.

I would strongly recommend buying some ramp and sink hole protectors if there are some available for the TZ table - infact you can get a sink hole protector from www.passionforpinball.com

Plastic protectors are also a must.

                      I've found a lot of parts on www.ebay.com that www.pinballheaven.co.uk don't stock.

Oh, and wax it every 3 months or so.

Hey importaku, that's cool. A Twilight Zone in good condition isn't that easy, or cheap, to come by.

I have a World Cup Soccer 94 myself.

Im definately getting some protectors for the playfield plastics. I have seen some extra mods that you can add to the machine to make it look even better but those can wait.

These are the protectors i have seen.

These will only protect some of the plastics but i need different ones for the magnaflip sign & a few others.
