Anyone played Ape Escape Portable?

Just wondering if anyones bought the new JPN Ape Escape platformer for PSP? Struggling to find hands-on impressions on gaming websites. Very tempted to order a copy...I enjoyed the odd go on my bros PSone version, and looking for a PSP game that doesn't involve driving, puzzles or sports!! I've heard load times are terrible, but loading so far hasn't really bothered me (with Ridge Racer, Mina no Golf, Lumines, Vampire Chronicle).

Cheers...seems loads times are a big issue then! better hold out for gamespot/ign etc playtests.

Yep - it's got horrible loading times, and the controls aren't exactly great either compared to the PSone version. Sigh.
