Yeah, I think he used to have an account with the ISP I work for. As I recall I came across the account (registered under a pseudonym) because it'd failed billing......the irony......

      personally i hardly use mint

i like to grade games from good - near mint, if they are like almost perfect

its nice when somebody gets something and its in better condition than expected

and i agree with you fella - John's defination of mint is pretty spot on

Sometime last year, I got a copy of Shenmue for DC preowned from Gamestation. Took it home, put it in the DC, nothing happens. I take it back, they have another copy in so they replace the discs.

Get home, and it works. I spend the next few weeks happily playing it and really enjoying it, then I get to disc 3. Disc 3 doesn't work. I go back to Gamestation, and THEY HAVE NO MORE COPIES. So I never did find out how the first part of Ryo Hazuki's quest ended. Gamestation gave me ?15 off any other game though, so I got Paper Mario (GC) instead.

Recently, I've noticed a couple of copies of Shenmue 2 in there, and even a copy of Panzer Dragoon Saga for ?84. Good luck, suckers.

Only faulty game i have ever had touch wood. Bought Sega Rally on the Dreamcast got it home and it would not go past the Level picture screen. Had to take it all the way back to Gamestation 40mins-1hr journey.

            The "MINT" Issue,
GAME is my biggest complain, You find a game you want take the box to them, they look in the messy draw of disks and manuals, put it in the scratched/marked box and you get home to play it and the manauls in bad condition and the CD is scratched more than a cat owners arm.
That's the supposedly "NEW" stuff too.
Don't get me started on the pre-owned games.

Bah... I've had too many eBay horror stories to mention; pretty much given up buying stuff from there (usually DC or SAT). Buy most of my games from here now and I must say you guys really do ship only quality (when promised) goods. Second-hand games are always going to be a roulette, you've just got to accept that.
