Who is the crappiest gamer on these board? It can be because you are useless at games, or it could be that you don't even like games.

I am nominating myself as it just occured to me (via the 2005 completions topic) that this year I have only played 5 games. 2 GBA titles and 2 DS titles when I got that for my birthday. And Paper Mario GC. Now I played Paper Mario last night and since the start of the year when I began my file I have played it for........

...2 Hours!

Jesus Christ! I officially spend more time talking about games than playing them. I have played Video games for literally 5 hours in the past 5 months!

Despite gamng obsessively on and off through the years I have a suspicion that I stink at most videogames. Anyone round here who's had the (mis)fortune to play online with me will testify that I probably shot them in the back, failed to cover the rear, charged in when I should have stayed hidden.

I seem to have the reflexes of a drunk. When sober.

All of which is unfortunate as I love a good 2d shooter bullet fest.

There are a couple of exceptions. Elite I was a god at. Civilisation I'm pretty sharp at. And Virtua Tennis I'm not too shabby at also.

Well, I got to join in with this one. I'm not crap at actually playing games, just completing em. I very rarely bother to complete games, those that can be completed that is.

I also spend too much time reading about games on stupid forums!! DOH! :-D

I love games, have been playing since the Amiga days and have had all the consoles of the past few years at least twice each! The thing is, I love reading about games, watching movies of titles coming soon, love all the hype etc. Then I am addicted to the actual act of pre-ordering and buying games, get well pumped, then kinda play em for an hour or so and thats it. Shelved. I think I have shiny box syndrome. :/

I dunno, I'm pretty sure I can steal that title......I only got round to finishing Halo2 campaign mode on Wednesday.....


......and I had to drop the difficulty from Heroic down to Normal for the last two levels.....the shame.

Depends on the game.

Some days i can be very hot at everything even Naruto 3 (maybe just luck) and other days i suck at my best game Smash Brothers Melee.

It took me 34 hours to 100% Kirby DS which is quite a while looking at other scores (about 26-30 hours).

playing 1942 today on the capcom generation #1 and i'm shockingly bad

almost thru the pad across the room - i was even trying to dodge the aircraft just to run into the bullet which wasnt near me in the first place

People who are naturally good at Halo aren't normal though. In my experience, it's par for the course to stink at Halo. Especially when getting humiliated by Yank kids on Live.
