Retro games collecting

Hi all,
I've decided to start collecting retro consoles and am wandering the best places to look/get them from.
Gamestation would probably be a good bet, but I go to Aberdeen (the nearest gamestation) so rarely there's not much point trying.
Car boots would probs be good but likewise we go to carboots very little, last one I went to was 5 years ago.
So just wandering if anyone knows of good places to look for retro stuff.
The forums sale forum only goes so far, same with dvdforums.
Also I don't have loads of money to part with so could be a problem.
Any advice/help would be appreciated

Ps - I'm 14 so don't suggest I drive to car boots and stuff myself lol

nor places like ebay forums ect. also try charity shops in town as they sometimes get games consoles in. and cash convertors. and try your local paper, ours has a section for games and computer adds. sometimes people are selling a megadrive with 15 games for ?20, used to be loads but now it's mainly ps2 stuff but still worth checking

also if anyone can get to car boots and finds master systems for ?2, or bulk loads of games for a few quid, if you could pick them up for me I'd pay for them + postage, and I'd be ever so greatful
