A quick question

i was just about to but a US PSP and i know everything about sony trying to stop it but importors will always find a way.

But what i was wondering is will i be able to play Pro Evolution on a US PSP whenever konami decide to release the game, or will it more than likely not be released in the US.

Who knows ? I expect so - no region locking on games so far and from what I've read it's pretty easy to circumvent if they do anyway...
