Naruto (GC)

Has anyone got or seen this game running? I'm a big fan of the anime and i've seen a few screenshots and movies which look pretty tasty, although no decent reviews on what it's actually like.

I know there's only a few characters and the fighting engine wont be as deep as VF4 or SC but it looks like fun.

Anyone played and it got any impressions of it?

I've got this, and review should be up this week.

Here's some impressions so far:

Bloody fantastic. The integration of all the features from the anime is handled fantastically (the Kawarimi is of special note, which means changing into a log just before an enemy hits you, and reappearing to give them a good beating). The characters move fluidly, and just like how you would imagine them (Sasuke looks bloody amazing!).

Only downer is the arenas, which are incredibly spartan, with no interactivity at all.

I would give more, but wait a couple of days for the review

I've got this too.

Its very simplistic when compared to the likes of SC2 etc, but its still loads of fun although I think you'd have to be a fan of the Anime/Manga to really appreciate it. Special mention goes to the cellshaded graphics truley amazing!!

Id expect a score of 7/10 or thereabouts :-)
