Your best custom soundtracks to a game?

Whats your best custom soundtracks you like to listen to while playing a game? Right now i'm playing Burnout 3 with custom soundtracks and it's f**king ace. I've got The Pixes, Foo Fighters, Led Zeppelin, The Smashing Pumpkins, REM, and some David Bowie on my play list. The tracks i've selected from each artist suits Burnout 3 down to tea and listening to them (really loud) while playing is excellent.

Ah, if all games had custom soundtracks (list all games you know of with custom soundtracks here, please). By the way, i've ordered Outrun 2 does it support custom soundtracks?

    Cheers

Queen Greatest Hits 1, good for any driving game IMO due in part to the shear campness of the likes of rallying to I Like To Ride My Bicycle.

        On everything:

Queens of the stone age, Jimi Hendrix and Audioslave.

Although I'm a rock and roll person I love Ridge Racers and Daytonna's cheesy Pop, Jazz and Rock. Every time I walk into an arcade and hear that music I melt!

EDIT: Outrun 2 does not support custom soundtracks. You wont need them though it's got some great music on it!

I had demolition pumpkin squeeze music as a custom soundtrack to Burnout 3. Much better than the cock of a dj who was on there originally.

Generally though I like to listen to the game music.

The amount of times i've bought an Xbox game expecting it to have custom soundtracks only to find out i've been jipped......... what a bugger. I still haven't got a game that does.

Why didn't they do it on Outrun for Gods sake??? Lazy as hell.

They didn't do it for OutRun2 because the music it comes with is brilliant. I've gone and put it in my custom soundtrack for everything else, anyway.

Other than that, Burnout 3, the snowy area and John Powell's chase music from The Bourne Supremacy. Oh yes.

Personally I play PGR2 with the very lamest hip hop tracks from NFS:U.

Get low! Get low! Brrr-ummm-dum-dum, de-de-na-ne-na-num! When the cops come, it's always woo, woo, wooo! I got the need for speed!

How's that for perverse. I also have Methods of Mayhem (Get Naked!) on there too, just to completely ruin it.

Oooh, and I use the soundtracks for To Live and Die in LA, Manhunter and Scarface as my Vice City soundtracks...

                    *sighs in contentment*

What would people say are the best Xbox games that have custom soundtracks (if you get me)?

I need custom soundtrack goodness. I wish the Gamecube had it, i'd love to play Harvest Moon with a bit of Bob Dylan! Oh yes!

If you could custom soundtrack Harvest Moon, I'd have the soundtrack to Deliverance going.

                        Oh yussss.

                          Driving games custom sound track:

Lots of Steve Vai, Joe Satriani (Surfing With The Alien is an ace driving track) and Skunk Anansie.

I only ever made one custom soundtrack & that was for DOA Volleyball which included The Beasties' Hey Ladies and their cover of Benny & the Jets with Biz Markie's amzing vocals & a bunch of random eurobeat, never did get round to putting Sir Mix Alot's Baby's Got Back & 2 Live Crew's Big Booty Hos on there though.
