Patching Japanese games for english language.

I love the patching on Winning Eleven 8LE for PS2, are there more games we could use to patch to have English language support on Japanese games.

Forget about RPG as it is generally too big.

ie Minna Daisuki Katamari for example.

Some people are currently in the process of translating and patching Dragon Quest V into English. I want it badly!

Surely the likes of Katamari Damancy are easy enough to play in Japanese

I still like to follow the storylines

If it is like Mario Sunshine or a shoot them up this is fine without english language.

On emulators lots of games, mainly snes RPG's, have gotten fan translations. My favourite by far is Tales if Phantasia, which I otherwise would never have been able to play through . Also worth checking out is the 'retranslation' of FF6, they did a much better job than the official translation.

One can only hope people will start doing this more with modern games as well, but I think it's a lot more work and CD or DVD based games don't lend themselves as well for it as ROMs I think.
