            Hey muddy.

Are your tunes mp4a ? In the specs it say's aac codec supported. So
probably has to be *.aac, not in the mp4 container. Nice pics by the way !
The net browser look really good. Also, Did you try any videos yet..

not got any AVC videos to try.

will try and encode some tunes as just AAC, but i'm a bit peeved, as it still means converting audio just to listen to on the PSP, so won't really bother as I have 3 iPods...

the browser is very good, input is easier than it looks and you get used to it quickly, plus it has some intelligent short cuts to speed it up, like you only have to click twice to enter http://www.
The browsers also very standards compliant, which is a good thing?

So, what does this update really do besides providing a half-arsed browser?

exporting the iTunes track from Quicktime as an MPEG4 .mp4 track makes it playable on the PSP

Yeah, just checked the Japanese psp site. Just going to say, try *.mp4.
Suppose aac in mp4 is better than atrac3 ? No news around on how to get
a mp4 AVC on the psp. Anyone tried Quicktime7 encoded at 320x240 ? Even
though you wonder if sony would stick to the mp4 AVC standard...
