I dunno, I'd love a full on "Resident Evil" style revival for 2003/2004. My favourite game on the N64, easily gave me the most play time. I used to skip school with my mates and play this all day and all night, and we because absolutely amazing at it.
The Facility is easily the best designed multiplayer level I've seen in an FPS, and others like the Stack, with the upstairs and downstairs, were an absolute joy to play. Perfect Dark pales in comparison to this game.
Even the single player game was executed perfectly. Missions were totally non-linear, and the stealth was so deep it was untrue. In Bunker 2, you could sit in the cell room for 30 minutes taking patrolling guards out with the knives, and when they walked past you could creep out behind them and follow them.
This is where many stealth games go wrong these days. If you were spotted, you still had a fighting chance against the enemy, unless totally outnumbered. This is where games like MGS, hitman etc go wrong, since you are fighting with the controls in the battles.
Solid Snake == killing machine? Pah, give me James Bond any day.
