Hello. My cousin will be coming round in October for 1/2 weeks so looking to get some gamign sessions in. Have about ?30 and wondering what 3/4 games would be best to get.
    Pref ones you'd play for 30mins - hour+

Please dont suggest: mario party series, mario kart, monkey ball, soul calibur, zelda 4 swords,

    thanks

Mario Golf? I've had a lot of laid back fun with that in multiplayer.

Beach Spikers is fantastic (if you've got four players). Analogue stick to move, A or B to hit, so it's really easy to pick up. Should be about a fiver on eBay.

Wario Ware is essential as is Donkey Konga. You can get Dk with a set of drums for ?15 now so its not too expensive. Wave Race and F-Zero are both excellent and so is Pac-man Vs if you have a GBA.

Burnout 2 , just play the crash mode, you can do it with 8 people!

Why not monkey ball?! When there are 4 of us round the GC (less and less frequent i'm afraid these days ) monkey ball flight or golf are first on. Donkey konga for about 5 minutes. Then it's beach spikers, bomberman, quick go on monkey ball 2, realise they ruined our favourite mini games, then back to monkey ball 1

Monkey Target on Super Monkey Ball 2 is where it's at frankly. The game's like an onion; it just keeps giving and giving the more you play. There are so many techniques on that game it's just superb and totally eclipses 1 (which is excellent in its own right).

Wario is good, Beach Spikers too. I really like Four Swords and Pac Man Vs too. (not sure you can get the latter in PAL land) You'll need the extra kit to play these though.

pacman vs. is so good it hurts. one sp & one gcn -> gba cable is all that's required.

it was available as a pack-in with the pal version of r: racing revolution; it can often be found in 2nd hand copies of 'r' at a knockdown price (and you can always flog back the copy minus the bonus too!).

Ah, but they made the multiplayer simultanoeus didn't they on target. We liked taking turns, being able to observe tactics from each other, and generally laud it up when we did well
