Inspired by a conversation a friend and I had last night; one thing that's always existed in any medium is plagiarism, and gaming is certainly no different. There are many titles that inspired less imaginative coders to literally steal those ideas in an attempt to pass them off as their own.
So, what you have to do then is think of an example of "a blatant jack" (to quote said friend). Games that have ripped off others. Include screenshots if you can... it's more fun that way.
Anyway, I'll start with a couple.

Mario Bros ----> Great Giana Sisters
A bit on an obvious one perhaps, but rip offs rarely get more blatant than that. Still, the game was a pleasing enough Mario substitute (kept me entertained when I was 12) and it did have an excellent loading tune.

Gauntlet ----> Garrison
By the same company, no less! You just have to laugh.
OK, its your turn to think of some. Bonus points if you can think of any that weren't Rainbow Arts games!
