FFVII's end chorus song with Sephiroth. I forget it's name... It's when he's in his winged form.

Silent Hill's theme track during the intro... Utterly bewitching and haunting. Sets the scene perfectly.

And...

Shenmue's orchestric theme track. Stunning. I'll never get that melody out of my head.

those are the most memorable for me.

My girlfriend just got me the FFVII score and I can honestly say that I would have loved to have been Nobuo Uematsu during any of his recording sessions for that game. And to be honest, any of the FF games...

"Ahead on our way", or the game save selection screen music from FF5 seems to stick in my head. Also, "Dragon Spreads his wings" (Hiryuu theme) and "Dear Friends" (the music that plays in the outro when Cara's letter is being read). And by god I wish I was the one to come up with the Chocobo theme, that has to be the most catchy music in just about any game I've got.

I always preferred Ryu's theme (the mysticism) to Ken's in SF2 - though they were both good along with Guile's.
