Forget to mention that all my enjoyment of the dashboard is WITHOUT the Hard Drive, I can't wait to get the HD and start downloading demos/trailers!!!

[Myth]

Even though it's a christmas present I was allowed today to have a quick bash on it to make sure everythings working fine. Played for just over an hour and no crashes or anything.

Project Gotham looked gorgeous and that's not even with a HDTV so can't wait untill the next few months when I fork out a bit of money to get one.

Oh and the controller was awesome, was trying to get the in car view on PGR3 and completely forgot there were 2 shoulder buttons each side now.

Really enjoying the whole package, got mine on Friday morning and had a quite blat before work. PGR3 is phenomenal but slightly underwhelmed with COD2. Agree that the most impressive, so called true next gen stuff will come along in the next few months. Fan is very loud, am quite shocked about it, but soon forget about it when actually playing. Dashboard is very cool and can't wait to fully explore its potential. 2MB broadband getting switched on today, so will be taking my first steps into Live. New pad is extremely comfy and the ability to swtich off the console remotely is such a simple yet brilliant addition. No problems with crashes or heat.

Overall, brilliant and more than I expected. Well done MS.
