C'mon Sega, you know what we want =( Even crappy Midway have about 5 games on Live Arcade, why are they setting the example to the decent devs?

Not sure how many listen to it, but there is a good interview with the Xbox Live Arcade Portfolio Manager on the last majornelson podcast 179 Approx. 50 mins in if you want to skip the rest.

Covers why SFII has not come out yet and the drought on Arcade over the last few months. Implies that the floodgates are about to open in Arcade, and we should be getting alot on there shortly.

As well as SFII, I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of Texas Hold'em Poker! Anyone looking forward to this?

Yeah I am since it's supposed to be a free game paid for by sponsorship. Should be a good time killer.

Seems that certain Live games are now to be offered on disc as well as download.

                      First compilation

                      Contains

                      - Geometry Wars
                      - Bejeweled 2 Deluxe
                      - Outpost Kaloki X
                      - Wik: Fable of Souls
                      - Hardwood Backgammon
                      - Texas Hold 'Em Poker

Also Lumines Live video from E3 here (crappy video, but looks great)

Is that real? It seems a bit weird being PAL and having the American ratings on. And why would they offer a months Gold live when the products aimed at people "without using Xbox Live or an online connection!"

                        Bit silly.

I don't know if that's real, but they've definitely mentioned a Live compilation for retail. Peter Moore talks about it in the latest Edge if I remember correctly.

                            Hmm didn't notice that.

It could very well be made up, but NekoFever is right - Moore was banging on around E3 time about making Live content available off line

I came across this news story on Joystiq a few days ago.
