Upgrading a Core?

I can get a core system, & upgrade it with a Hard Disk.

Is that going to be the same as the Fully loaded system?

I have searched "Upgrade Core System with Hard Disk" but found no answers.

In terms of functionality yes - apart from the different coloured DVD drive tray it's exactly the same hardware inside once you add that missing hard-disc.

The premium pack does also come with an xbox live headset and a DVD remote which you'd be missing out on.

Plus if you don't upgrade you won't be able to save, unless you fork out for a memory card.

And you won't get the wireless pad, which is a shame as they're really, really great.

The core also doesn't come with the Hi-Def cables, just a composite one.

I have been offered the Core + HArd Disk for ?300 (Kr3400)

So I will be able to play all games including live?

But I miss:

Wireless controller
Hi Def cable
