Since the news broke of our acquisition by UGO Entertainment and the layoffs that followed, we and a lot of our readers have been concerned about where the former staffers will go. That makes it nice to hear today that several of them have gathered for the Rebel FM podcast. It features Anthony Gallegos, Nick Suttner, Phillip Kollar, Matt Chandronait, Ryan O'Donnell, Jade Kraus, and Arthur Gies for almost two hours, and is currently up on the iTunes Music Store as well. They address the happenings here at 1UP briefly at the top, and then spend the rest of the podcast time talking about what they've been playing.

I've listened to about half of it and its really good.
Its great that the lads have so quickly managed to put out a proper podcast given the awful events this week.

Also John Davidson has said that plans are being made to continue 1up Yours

You can subscribe to it via Itunes if you want. It's what i do as it seems to remember where i stop it if i download podcasts from there on my touch.
