What have they done to the 1Up show?

The LocoRoco stuff was interesting and Dead Rising still looks great, but I skipped most of the rest.

And that overly long zombie sequence at the end was just plain awful (in fact the whole lead up to it throughout the episode was just bad).

It's almost like they've forgotten the show is supposed to be about games and gaming discussion, not watching Jane Pinckard and the rest of the 1Up staff hamming it up.

I think the problem is its getting up polished and thus too much thought goes into it. Not like the early days when they'd just go outside for a cig and chat about Half-Life 2 or something, it just had a more natural feel about it, like a couple of mates chatting in a pub. I just wish they'd commit to making the 1up and not the 1up show two seperate entities and stick with the frequency of releases. Still, as bad as the 1up show gets it's still no where near as bad as Gamelife

I actually rate Big Red One. I prefered the variety in gameplay it offered over COD2.

Just started watching the 1up show and it's just an interview with the LocoRoco producer (with ****ty sound) as the 1up team are on holiday. The interviewer needs to learn to put the mic in front of his own face when he asks a question, ****ing retard. As much as I love the game and want to know more about it that guy is boring me to tears...

Much better episode imo.They should get milky-san on the camera more often,he's great.But on to the games.Army of Two sounds and looks really good,very inventive use of co-op.

But i can't help but feel VERY underwhelmed by double agent.It looks like an xbox game to be brutally honest.The screen tearing,framerate and textures are way below what we've seen previously.Really hope they can sort this out

I've downloaded it but not watched it yet. I'm interested to see how Army of Two is turning out, the E3 shots looked very impressive.

I don't know what has been shown in the latest episode, but from the demonstration of Double Agent (specifically the middle eastern street scenes), it looks far from being an Xbox game.

I agree about Double Agent, from what I've seen - outside of the latest 1upshow - it looks stunning. Will watch it in the morning with great interest!

Army of Two looks very interesting indeed. Most interesting EA game in a long time!
