I've collected some square peices of train track, and i've collected a peice of track with a train on it. To make it a full circuit, though, I'll need a bit of track which curves, so I can loop it round. See?

I'm assuming a corner peice thing exists... and if it does, I'm going to rig up my whole basement as a mini train landscape. Which will 0wn. 8)

Right you mean the actual "town tile models"???
The pieces that you may already have are similar to the grass model and the police station model?
If so, then sorry to dissapoint you, but I don't think the corner model exists in the game.

The models you mention are part of the "Mementos and Models" series, which includes all sorts of stuff.
