I constantly question why I'm so apathetic towards my GameCube collection. There are some good games out.

I don't know. Maybe my perspective is all screwed and I'm waiting too much for what already isn't out.

After completing Zelda WW last week, bought Ikaruga on impulse.

The need for practice, precision and patience reminds me more of the Monkeyball experience than any shooter I've played (though I'm no expert on the genre). I can't comment on the lasting appeal yet, but I reckon I'll be coming back to it for a while yet. And yes it's PAL, but I can deal with it.

Other than that, trying to get back into Metroid Prime (25% in) but it's a struggle for some unknown reason

Still wading through Zelda but i'm gonna have a crack at Metroid Prime on the hard setting, i've waited a few months to let the joy of playing it the first time subside....now i'm going to enjoy it all over again.

Wario World - fantastic game but so cruelly slammed by the press. Level design to make you smile and enough variety and innovation to impress anyone IMO
