Its not so much a game, more of an interactive recipe book I believe.

Syaberu is talking, so this would seem to be just a talking recipe book. Some people loved Cooking Mama. I thought it was pretty good, perfect use of the touchscreen but some of the stages were drawn out.

There's another cooking related game which was mentioned in this thread before which seems to involve some gameplay but it's not very clear how much you interact.. seems just to be a cookery book for children.
