SEGA Ages - Dynamite Deka: info please

Hi there,
I was looking for this game and I finally found a good auction on ebay: the seller told me that his Dynamite Deka comes complete/like new but without that sample card I found in the early SEGA Ages such as Phantasy Star Generation 1, Hokuto no Ken or Golden Axe (I mean these cards with various informations about the original releases, to collect in the exclusive cardholder).

Is it normal?
Hokuto no Ken, Golden Axe and Phantasy Star had a picture of their cards, on the backcover: Deka doesn't.

Bought my copy new from playasia and it didn't come with a card (or pic on the back), so I just assumed they stopped doing them with new releases. It might be worth checking to see if Panzer Dragoon came with 1 just to make sure.

They stopped doing the cards from Vol. 20 onwards.
