Anyone see this on Gamer TV this morning? It looked at first glance to be a standard RTS game, but it had the ability to zoom into any of your troops at ground level allowing you to engage in FPS action. It was an early build of the engine, but it still looked quality when the camera panned down and 'into' the selected soldier.
The developer said that you could do missions entirely in RTS view or in FPS view, but the tactical gamer uses both. Through the RTS view, which seemed to operate in a cross between any old traditional war RTS and Ghost Recon, you could seek out cover/flanking strategies from above and order troops there. When in position, zoom down into FPS mode and, knowing where the enemy are, you can attack them at ground level.
Vehicles also seem to be in the game, though I'm not sure if you can actually enter, say, the turrent of a tank (Battlefield style), but you can get down to ground level and control units individually (like Panzer Front).
