Starfox Command (DS) - my misery continues

It only has two major problems as far as I can tell. 1) Your basic weapon is underpowered, and 2) the player ship movement is about as graceful as Paris Hilton.

That would be rad but it's unlikely since Argonaut went belly-up a couple of years ago. Their stake in the original game (and very possibly the engine itself) are likely either in limbo or in the hands of some vulture capitalist company.

Don't Nintendo reserve all rights to Starfox?
So now we've pretty much established that Starfox Command is essentially what looks like a bringing up to date of Starfox 2, is there any straight go-there-shoot-that action planned or available for the DS?
