Total price paid including Zelda and shipping is ~$455 CAD, which is about ~$400 USD, ~?200 or ?305.

That's cheaper than I would be able to get it here... though I suppose something of this value has no chance of escaping customs (I had a $150 USD shipment of DVDs pass unchecked last week though).

Anyway... finally! Looking forward to playing Zelda. And Wii Sports.

they seem to be marking them down automatically. mine was valued at $20, and described as a competition prize. sure i saw somebody in the ps3 thread say the same thing.

Tips on what to say to them etc. There's a dodgy looking one from hong kong on ebay (they sell all region power supplies, you just choose the one you want) but i'd prefer to get one from official Nintendo. I know if i said i spilt water on mine they'd say send it to us which i can't do obviously :P

I brought one from the Nintendo helpline. Was on hold for over fifteen minutes trying to get through, but once I did I just told them I needed a replacement power lead. I had a lie all planned out but didn't need to use it. It cost me around ?21.5 and it did take two weeks to arrive, but it works for my US machine like a charm.
