What games are you secretly hoping will be announced/made for the Wii, either the main console itself or on the virtual console,

For me it has to be Phoenix Wright, complete with Wiimote pointing finger attachment. OBJECTION!

And F-zero X on the virtual console.


I'm also still secretly hoping that they go pehipheral crazy and release Wiiified versions of the various consoles pads, so I can play F-zero X the way it was meant to be played, on an N64 pad!

F-Zero x plus the 64DD map editor, would be sweet to be able to share track also online but that might be a huge pipe dream.

A Brothers in Arms game would rock. Pointing the squad around would be so much easier and needless to say the shooting would be too. I'd also love to be able to do proper hand signals (you see a few of these in the existing games, it's basically stuff like circling your arm for 'on me', punching right or left to indicate a flanking attack etc. Gearbox have voiced their support and hopefully it won't all be hot air and something will actually materialise out of it.

That's the problem with the machine at the moment though, a lot of developers are nodding along and saying 'yeah man, cool' but few are coming up with the goods. I'm sure that will change depending on the machine's success after launch (or not).

Panzer Dragoon Zwii (Haaaa!)

How good would that be though? Control the dragoon with the analog stick, use the wiimote for the aiming and targeting.

Star Wars, yes, I know they are apparently working on one, but just think. Waving a lightsaber round, using the nunchuck to force choke. Better yet, let it be that you're Darth Vader - and then let you go to town. Hop in a Tie Fighter and fly round like it's a flight stick. In fact give me some Atari Star Wars arcade whilst you're at it.

I mean proper Darth Vader too, none of that Hayden Christensen 'Noooooooooooo!' stuff.

They've got to have put the speaker in the controller for this very purpose. It's a no brainer.

I would like to see Raven Blade, basically because the CG-trailer that was shown in 2001 (I think) impressed me, but also because I think the Wii Remote would fit well with the sword-action.

A Star Wars-game would be great. It's a bit wierd that Lego Star Wars II hasn't been announced for Wii, 'cause I think that would be very enjoyable on Wii using the Wii Remote to wave and control the lightsaber.

I hope we'll see 007: GoldenEye and Perfect Dark as VC-games, of course, with improvements like being able to use the Wii Remote as well as the classic controller, better framerate, maybe some imporved graphics, and online-play. Also, I would like to see Donkey Kong Country, Donkey Kong Country 2 and Donkey Kong Country 3 as VC-games.

I can see donkey kong country 1-3 being done but goldeneye and Perfect dark are very very very unlikely

And a Brothers in Arms game would be cool on the Wii. After playing it a few days ago, I am well impressed. Band of Brothers changed my view on war games/ movies.
Saving Private Ryan seems too actiony/ fake compared to BoB (Well it is real >_>)


And BoB made CoD boring for me
