Righto then chaps, I want to invest in some more games as I'm pretty bored of all mine. I'm not much of a multiplayer gamer (I pretty much never play multiplayer). So I'd like some recommendations for good single player games

Old school retro, Chess, one of the finest RPG's, a stunning platformer, the best atmospheric game ever and old school, new school all rolled into one.

I honestly couldn't be bothered with Phoenix Wright after chapter 2. Faaaaaaaar too much reading. The bits you were allowed to have input into simply weren't enough to outweigh the years of dross and personality-less drivel you had to put up with just to make progress on a puzzle you already knew the answer to yet the game didn't want you to solve yet.

Oh and Tactics Ogre on the GBA is worth your while. It's >>>>> Final Fantasy Tactics, anyway.

And Paper Mario for your Gamecube.
