I enjoyed it more than Resi 4, which is very well made but hurt from being overplayed at this point having had so many releases.
The overal quality of this final line up is solid but it wasn't a best in show year for me

Alan Wake 2 is bad, bad gameplay, crap story, terrible characters and dialogue. Should be no where near that list.

Resi 4 Remake would have been my number one for 2023 if it wasnt for SF6. It's not like the rest of the series. It sparked a couple more games which were nowhere near it. unfortunately (5 & 6). The QoL changes in Remake were just great. For me, the greatest RE game.
