    Anticipating: November 2024

The autumn leaves are falling and will soon be lit by the multicolour prism of light falling from fireworks exploding in the night sky. Maybe you'll miss the technicolour display though, cozied up inside your home on under a duvet as you frantically work through one of these new releases.

I know it's already out digitally, but for me November is really all about the physical release of Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics.

I'd like to get Taiko for the Xbox but can't seem to find a local seller with the controller for that or the PS5.

          Stalker 2 for me.
For older stuff I'm covered so I tend to only buy one major new game release each month these days as the back catalog is crazy massive.
Can you beleive I've only just started playing the 1st Grandia game. Not that ****ty HD remake either, the original Saturn version with an English language patch. Man, I'm so surprised at how solid the 3D is. No warping (unlike the PlayStation version), no glitching and transparency effects on top of polygons and transparency over transparency. Such a beautiful looking game.

Farmagia. Mashima working his usual boob-magic.

Grandia is such a great game. I had that as a kid on PS1 and absolutely loved it (still have my copy, too). Really need to get round to playing the translated Saturn version.

Yeah, it really is a great game.
I do dislike the low visibility of the playing area and zoomed out maps. I just wish in some areas like mountain passes that they'd allow a proper map of the whole area.
I'm playing all versions for a future Battle of the Ports but making the Saturn my main platform to complete it on.
I'm only really playing about an hour on the PlayStation and HD remake. Just enough to get a feel of the Ports and what they offer.
