It's definitely not as refined as Nintendo's first party platformers from the same era. But I love the unique atmosphere and aesthetic.

I could never get into the 2d Ecco’s, just something about them that didn’t appeal to me or click in any way, loved the 3d Dreamcast game though, and on PS2, would much rather of had a full remake of that.Last edited by fishbowlhead; 06-05-2025, 11:22.

I adored the Dreamcast game when it was out but it was so easy to get lost. I tried to replay it a while back and I struggled. A polished remake with quality of life improvements would be great.

Yuzo Koshiro's Earthion now has a Steam page. Unfortunately, release date is still TBA.
[edit] this is apparently published by Limited Run Games. The website lists a generic "summer 2025" for release.
