Badminton would be ok i think. Lots of faking smashes into drop shots, delicate net play etc.

My fave "made up" sports game has to be windjammers.

I'd b nice to see a load of stuff like Table Tennis an Air Hockey and the other simpler little sports an games compiled into a nice game pack (similar to that family compendium that GAME sell, only hopefully not as ****)

I remember a squash game by Krisalis on the Amiga: Jahangir Kahn's World Championship Squash
And I had a table tennis game for the C64 that came in the Konami Arcade Collection compilation.

By all this talk of arcade bikes, I'm reminded of that game that had an arcade bike, but the digital representation had wings, so it looked like something out of da Vinci's sketchbook. You had to peddle hard to fly and the object was to fly through various hoops in the air and pop ballons. I always found it hard, but a laugh. Any idea what it was and whether it was actually any good?

Prop Cycle by Namco, and it was brilliant.

Now emulated in MAME, but it misses something without the bike.

I used to 1 credit Prop Cycle and get the secret stage and RINSE that too! - I had t3h top scores on all central London machines for ages!

This game owned so much - shame people couldnt play the game responsibly, the cabinets got wrecked so quickly.

I agree with Badminton. After a really tough game we come back tired and play videogames. Just wish we could re-enact our matches at the court without half killing ourselves.
