Blockbuster 360 Rentals

Not sure if all Blockbusters do 360 rentals, but mine does and I just picked up COD3 and Fear, ?6 for 2 nights in a new two for 1 rental deal.

At ?3 per rental on ?40 ish game I am chuffed, just thought others migth wanna know

Not all BB's do 360 games though, Romford one doesn't, and it's a fairly large store.

Same here but there's another one a bit futher down the road that does A LOT of games and has some older 360 titles in the three-for-a-fiver range. They've dropped rentals of original Xbox games all together now.

Her indoors a xmas shopping for 2 days, I will have blood red eyes by Sunday!. Also with Fear, I am not convinced I would want to buy it so I can try it for ?3, which has gotta be a bargain.

In mine they said they "were under new management" and that's why the 2 for ?6 deal was on. Either the whole of the Blockbuster chain is under new management, or they were speaking porkies.

It's very hit and miss, I've seen tiny stores with 10 360 games in, and massive ones with no 360 games at all....

The price of rentals seems to have gone up too, just been in with the GF and now it's two rentals for ?6, and I'm sure it never used to be that price. Blockbuster's parent company was in serious money trouble recently so maybe they're just bumping up the prices in desperation.
