Game's website has just been updated to the 22nd too so guess that's the case. Way to go Nintendo!

Pretty much a cert there'll only be a pishy wee amount available on the 22nd too.

Just ordered a Gameplay own brand as well just in case, I must have about 5 on order from different places and have received a total of zero of them so far !

First off, Zelda is the flagship Wii game, so it should show off the system better than any other game. If it doesn't, Nintendo have made a huge mistake. If it is an indication of Wii's power and looks as rough as it does, then Nintendo have made a huge mistake. It's Gamecube origins are completely and utterly irrelevant. It's a Wii game now, and should use the system fully.

Whichever way you look at it the Wii is tragically underpowered for games like Zelda (which really should be beautiful to look at). Perhaps this is why Miyamoto said Twilight Princess would be the last old school Zelda game. Wii Sports is the type of thing the system can do well on a visual level, and seems to me to be the only way it will be able to still look modern a few years down the line once 360 and PS3 have really hit their stride.

Sounds like I'm really down on the Wii, but truth is it's only for games like Zelda which benefit so greatly from stunning visuals. It's just a real shame the system won't be the one to bring us Zelda with current gen visuals - can you imagine what it could look like with the technology of Gears of War/Unreal 3? Boggles the mind.

              Argh! Stupid GAME!!

Step one: Nov 20th or so - Preorder Wii cable set for 8th Dec
Step two: Wait till Cable arrives

But no GAME go and send a message to me saying it's been delayed till 22nd.
So I leave my order thinking well it's far away but i'll have a better chance now people will cancel.
Then I get another email saying 8th Dec again so I'm like Awesome!
Then shortly after another email saying 15th Dec.
Well it's not as good as 8th but better than 22nd so I think to myself "ok It's only a week or so away"
then now today I get an email saying it's back to 22nd FFS!

                Far from a cert.

I think it's much more likely a "release delayed to the 29th" message appears

It's no "huge mistake" by any means because anyone who actually has, you know, brains understands it's a Gamecube port. And by looking around different forums, about 95 percent of gamers have been satisfied with their purchase and liked graphics. It's only tiny minority who has problems with them. Basically same moronic gamers who start to suddenly hate last gen's graphics when new stuff comes in (a.k.a. graphic whores). And it's really ****ing stupid to judge graphics after first two hours.

Wahey - YesAsia came up with the goods

Zelda looks so much better on my set its stupid - particularly in the cutscenes. Red Steel is miles better too.

                    I is happy.

Yeah, that was my 1st thought but I didn't want to go there in case it whipped up an angry mob with pitchforks & torches intent on storming Nintendo HQ

Got my Jap Component cable (finally - cheers royal mail you twats) from PA today. Does exacltly what I thought it would. It doesn't turn my Wii into a 360 (which I dont want anyway - but some seem to be expecting this), it simply adds clarity and definition over the standard Composite cable very nicely. Well worth the import and 20 notes.

I took your advice neilka (thanks!) & e-mailed them this morning asking why my lead still hadn't been sent (playing the daft laddie basically). Just received an apology & a ?5 voucher

Definitely worth getting onto Amazon if you've one on order from them.
