[Japan] Nintendo's lineup for year 2007

Nintendo released today this quarter's fiscal report, and 1st party release list for year 2007. Because I can't read japanese, I pasted list into Babelfish and used its translation to determine which game was which.

So... 19 titles. Last Gamecube titles have been transferred to Wii, and there is also few new titles, like Wii Health Pack and Animal Crossing. Statistically speaking, if there won't be any delays, Nintendo is going to release 1.6 Wii titles per month which is pretty decent pace.

Title that Babelfish couldn't translate was Mario Sutoraikaazu Chajido a.k.a Mario Strikers Charged. Updated the list.

During the previous release list, it was slated for march 2007. Now it's just TBA 2007.

Great lineup. I think i'm possibly more excited about Super Paper Mario than Mario Galaxy.

And a new Fire Emblem will be nice.

Personally i hope they dont rush it out as it would be a tragedy if it was **** due to it been rushed. Go on capcom take your time i can wait, give us another masterpiece like biohazard 4.

Out of the 19 or so titles theres only about 6 on that list that i want, there is a lot of 3rd party stuff im after this time round too. Which is great as it means i get a equal mix of games instead of nothing but 1st party nintendo stuff.

The wii is turning out quite good in terms of 3rd party support, theres a lot of 3rd party games that look great (in japan at least). Shame theres tons in the us too but its all that liscensed shovelware crap that usually floods the market waay after launch.

Apparantly the first screens are being unveiled next year, it's gonna be a fair way off as it's gonna be a Resident Evil 4 style game, so I'd have thought 2008 at the earliest, reckon it'll use the same engine as Resi 4?
