I'm looking at the RGB scart, but it's not clear whether it has phono audio connections as well (the red and white) for use with my AV receiver.

if it's the official one, it probably won't have I'm afraid. The Gamecube one didn't and the preview photos I've seen of the Wii one look identical only the cable is grey. Will find out when it's released though. Third Party cables that are due out in the next few weeks (I believe GameWare ones are due out mid january) and there might be a few like Mad Catz already released as Mad Catz already have Component cables on the UK marketplace. These will more than likely have the seperate audio phonos, so might be worth holding fire to see what the 3rd party ones are like before buying one
