Well I havn't even got mine yet but the games that are driving me toward geting one would be:

Mass Effect
Bioshock (although i'll probably just get this on the PC if I can run it in decent spec)
Resident Evil 5
Halo 3
Fable 2

Also looking forward to getting my hands on Trusty Bell which looks lovely. Alan Wake and Assassins Creed also look good. And Ninja Gaiden 2.

I'd also love to see DMC 5, of course.

There's more on the 360 that I want then I realised in fact.
