Anyone else downloaded the PES2008 demo off the UK store yet?

Just given it a whirl and it's not as bad as people say. It does play a lot like WE6, which is no bad thing, but lets hope the Japanese release will be more WE like...

It's nothing exciting really but there is a new page of avatars that you can choose from for your profile.

They've not improved much though, there is a pissed off Shrek type thing, a mummy with it's eyes squeezed out, some elves and a blacksmith...I think it's a blacksmith but I could well be very wrong!

Its like Fifa in that it actualy plays faster and smoother on the PS3 than the 360 too for some reason.

Too bad the games not up to much this year. I got bored of it in about a day (the 360 version I mean).

Apparently there is a demo of Winning Eleven 2008 in the JPN and HK stores now. Will be interesting to see if there are any differences between this and PES.
