There is a set of 5 downloads for Folk Soul too, not sure what they are though as they download and install themselves but I can't find them.

Is the game out over there already? Maybe it's free DLC for the game if it is out?

I think it's a few extra quests from what I've read on other forums.

Not sure what the "interactive wallpaper" stuff is going on about. Not played the LocoRoco games but had a quick shot of this and it's its own game and stuff like anything else on the PSN.
