Animal Crossing DS - US version question

I traded in a few games and got a new & sealed Animal Crossing DS today and found out when I got home it's the US version. I'm just wondering if there's any differences/extra content between the US and UK versions. Also, I haven't really used the Wi Fi element of my DS yet and don't know much about it - will it work just same as the UK in regards to downloads etc.??

Anyone know?

No difference at all and online will work fine with 'PAL' versions.

^I've just been giving it a blast for the last hour or so. Managed to collect loads of oranges and sold some flowers so far.

I'd love to play online but I'm a bit of a Luddite when it comes to this Wi Fi thing. I know next to nothing about getting downloads etc. and playing my DS online. I don't have a router or a DS USB thing. Am I right in thinking you can go online in certain places without the need for these? (Don't laugh at my inadequacy!)

I'd especially like to know this as I've exhausted the sudoku puzzles in Brain Training and would like to download that add on set.
