15khz non-interlace signal in VC?

I have an LCD screen so I can't check this out personally. Can Wii output 15khz non-interlace signal? (the original resolution, and not zoomed to 480i, 576i or 480p)
If it can, are all VC games using it? Is it the same in NTSC and PAL Wiis?

The VC outputs the original res of the games.

Sorry to doubt you, but could somebody still confirm that it's 15khz with PAL Wii?

You can tell it's the original res from how the Classic Controller message looks when you boot up a SNES game compared to an N64 game.
