Too many to list, but here's so of my all-time greats. In no particular order.
Final Fantasy VII (PSX) - a unique cast of chracters which were both loveable and memorable, not to mention it had one of the best storyline's I've ever witnessed in a game.
Chrono Trigger (Snes) - Time travelling. An excellent concept for a game, Chrono Trigger's an excellent example. Aswell as a great battle system to boot.
Goldeneye (N64) - Enough said
Pro Evolution Soccer/Winning Eleven series - the only series IMO to actually recreate the beautiful game on a console, inch perfect.
Super Mario 64 - The start of a new era :P.
Shenmue - the only game where I felt like I was there.
