Are taito signed upto the virtual console?

would love to see rainbow islands, bubble bobble and new zealand story.

However I hope they get the arcade versions (although my fave bubble bobble is Master system one)

Legend of Kage is Taito, so apparently so, and I'm sure I saw mention of an ESRB rating for Rainbow Islands and New Zealand Story. Certainly hope so, that's the type of stuff I'm really interested in on the VC.

I want the NES version of Bubble Bobble. The recent re-releases for Taito Legends (PS2), Bubble Bobble Old and New (GBA) and the BB/Rainbow Islands compilation were all based on the arcade version.

The NES one had more levels after the final boss if I remember correctly, and it's the Bubble Bobble that I'm used to.

i thought it was the SMS version that had the extra 100 levels?

the problem with VC is that it only has console games, not arcade games. for chase hq there isn't really a decent conversion...
