Theories on next N64 game to hit the VC

Been playing Banjo Kazooie too recently and I'm starting to think it might actually be a better game than Mario64

I'd really love to see those too but, with Rare now a Microsoft property, it's unlikely to happen.

Blast Corps was ace.

Got hooked on that one and managed to get the platinum medals and all the planets unlocked. That was back in my college days when I had time to complete a game to the last unlockable. Some frustrating time trial missions but very much an old style type of gameplay. Thought the missions were inventive and getting into the robots for the 1st time was a nice bonus. Great explosions and very tight all together.

Rare's finest imo. We aint gonna see it on VC though

Totally agree. Gameplay wise it feels like Super Mario 64 2 if you catch my drift. The controls are tighter, the levels are bigger and the graphics are spot on - you'd be forgiven for thinking it ran on the expansion pack.

Emphasis on was perhaps? I haven't played the game in years but am worried that it hasn't aged well. Now, BC was a game my best friend, brother and I was seriously addicted to for a while, and played to absolute completion so I have fond memories of it. Thinking back, I think the controls will be the stumbling block, particularly when the player is forced to drive the 'Backlash' dumptruck...
